We are celebrating the launch of our new digital tool to help young people 11+ with emotional regulation.
The pre-teen and teenage years can be difficult to navigate – for young people, families, and the professionals who support them.
For young people experiencing challenges, emotions can feel even harder to recognise and regulate.
That’s why we developed All Emotions Welcome: Understanding Anger and Actions – a free digital tool for young people aged 11+, their parents and the adults working alongside them.
Built around three simple steps – Recognise. Remove. Relax. – The tool helps young people explore what triggers anger, identify strategies for staying calm, and create a personalised plan for difficult moments.
It also encourages young people to identify trusted adults they can turn to for support.
The tool can be used one-to-one, in groups, or independently on a phone, tablet or computer – making it practical for parents and carers, teachers, youth workers and other practitioners.
If you work with or support young people, we’d love you to try it, share it, and help us reach those who might benefit most.
